Ithaca single shot M49 falling block pivot pin question?

ok, i have a ithaca model 49 lever action single shot 22 rifle. i have taken all the pins out except the pivot pin for the falling block wich wont come out. i ahve read some old posts on hear about this subject but no gave a detailed answer on how to get this pin out. they posted picture of the disassembled gun but that didnt help much since it didnt show me how to disassemble it myself.
does any one know how to get this pin out?

You have to remove the lever. The plunger that keeps the lever in place fits into a groove in the bolt pivot pin. Trying to drive out that pivot pin has ruined a lot of those rifles.
