SKB was making for Ithaca and Weatherby before they went on their own. I have a SKB 505 field O/U and it is fabulously sturdy yet light and accurate. I would jump on anything with SKB on it.
My hunting buddy's father-in-law has one of their SxS guns, BTW. I'm not sure which model, exactly, but AFAIK they're all the same action, with some little differences like engraving, stock, triggerguard tang, etc. He loves it, too.
I have a 12 gauge SKB 300. I would love to have a 20 gauge. I never had a problem with any of my SKB semiautos. I have had several over the years. Just can't keep them. My friends want them worse than me and paid my price. I would buy a 20 gauge if I could find one.
