Some photos of my new-to-me odl Baer Custom. It's a Carry-Comp, which was "the only way to go" back in the dark ages. It's built on a Colt Mark IV Combat Commander. It has an original Heinie rear sight, custom safety, custom beavertail, recontoured frame, hand-checkered frontstrap and a comp to control muzzle flip. I'm not sure if the frame is nickel or hard chrome. When this was built, it was leading edge, state-of-the-art, and about the most expensive custom pistol available. 25-years or more later, it still has a great trigger and shoots like a laser. It even gets carried regularly.
