That thing done fell out of the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down.

Still, might be OK for a truck or tackle box gun at that price point. It looks like it would be about as easy to carry and conceal as a Super Soaker.

who gives a crap how it looks. most people dont buy glocks for looks alone.
the grip looks ergonomic meaning its probably compfortable. as long as it goes bang everytime and puts a hole in paper or badguy you really going to care bout weather or not it comes with chrome or gold accents or is nickel plated with high shine. some people dont like the looks of some rifles so they have banned them. maybe they will start taking a hint from your post and start banning ugly handguns cause they are ugly.

You'll probably have to warn people before you have to unveil/unholster a gun like that.

"Brace yourself, you may never be the same"

"No I'm not Buck Rogers/Flash Gordon"

"I'm sorry"

etc...

I do. Same goes for my house, my cars, my wife, my kids, my self, etc. Does caring about how something looks in addition to how something functions equal shallow? If so, call me shallow.

Guns may be getting better, but they sure aren't getting any prettier.

I've handled one. I don't think that it will sell well at that price point. $399 wholesale will put it around mid $400 from most folks. At that price there are just a whole lot of other guns to compete against.

I wasn't impressed with the way it felt, its controls, or its trigger. It felt pretty robust though. I figured that if it got a good rep for durability/reliability, and they priced it in the low $300s they could pull it off.

I saw one of these at the Mesquite gun show a couple of weeks ago. It is genuinely as homely in person as it is in the photograph.

I thought at first it was an old Astra, but as I came closer I found I was terribly mistaken. Astras can be considered classics.

It was indeed placed next to Brycos and Hi-Points on the same table.

I guess there was some crossbreeding going on in the gun locker while in transit.

Rabbit.

I got some info' from Magnum Research...a couple favorable reviews of the 9mm version in some trade rags.

The up side, it uses the same mag's as the baby eagle (fairly reasonable high caps should be readily available in both 9mm & 40S&W). The rail is compatible with the Streamlight M3/M6 series of lights/lasers and other compatible accessories.

You can get it with Tritium Sites.

The down side is price...it does seem over priced at ~$450 retail (that's the quote I got). Some don't like the appearance...but I like short and chunky...I wonder why?;) .

It's a Jewish thing

Before anyone flames me, I'm Jewish. Now, we all know that Israel comes up with some amazing hardware to defend itself...It HAS to. There must be a reason for the hump on this "different" pistol....maybe to disguise it as a camel?

No it didn't fall out of an ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down,
It's the "NUT" the ugly tree sprang from.:neener:

It looks like a Walther P99,an HK and an old Astra 400 got real drunk one night and ended up with the same ole lady.

:D :D :D :D

Gotta admit,it's one vulgar lookin iron.
Word for the day! NASTY.
Now if a person likes nasty things...well maybe to them it's pretty.
Yeah.Pretty nasty.Probably 100% reliable.That's it!100% nasty.
