IWB holster suggestions

100% kydex for IWB for me. Canted belt clip, low ride. EZ on and off and EZ reholstering.

I only have two makes/models of IWB holsters. One is leather like you're asking about and the other is Kydex. I like and recommend both.

My first IWB holsters are leather Milt Sparks Summer Special II's. Excellent holsters. Most other good holster makers make copies of them.

My latest IWB holsters are Vedder LightTuck Kydex holsters. Also excellent holsters. So far I don't know of anyone else making a version of this one.

I find both holsters to be comfortable.

The Sparks are a bit pricey(>$100) and take a while to receive once ordered.

The Vedder is only a week or two lead time to your door and well less than $100. I bought my first Vedder to have a holster while waiting on a Sparks to arrive. I liked it so much I never ordered the Sparks.
I really like the Milt Sparks IWB holster. Thanks for posting this, as it is not popping up all over the internet like the kydex holsters are!

I'll add my praise for Milt Sparks as well.

I carry my full size Colt 1991A1 in a Milt Sparks Criterion with magnetic clasps for the belt loops.

It's comfortable, the cant is 25 degrees forward which helps with comfort and drawing, and the mouth band is metal reinforced which makes reholstering easier.

The snap/magnetic loops make it a breeze to don and doff without having to undo your belt. And those loops maintain the holsters' position.

Pricy...but anybody who's gone through a few holsters before finally settling on one will tell you you'll pay for quality. And when you do, you'll finally know happiness.

Unless they have them in stock, expect a wait time of at least a few weeks.

This is my GP-100 in a Tucker. Extremely comfortable especially being that the revolver is oddly shaped with the cylinder bulge.

This picture does not really do justice to my Milt Sparks Versa Max 2 that other posters in this thread are talking about. I can carry my fully loaded 4" Wilson Combat Stainless Professional all day and literally forget it is there due to the comfort of the design of the holster. The picture below is the gun in the holster.
