IWB holster ?

When I had my MP40C I carried with an Uncle Mikes IWB holster. It was very comfortable and ridiculously thin. The cloth was also good at keeping sweat off the gun which is important in Texas heat.

Check out Milt Sparks leather,

I have the Summer Special II and the Versa max II for several of my handguns I carry and find there quality, fit, and finish to be in some of the best in the business...

The Cozy Partner is excellent. I have two that accomodate a Commander and a Hi Power. They are thin, comfortable and well-made (and you can get one w/o waiting 6 months). I also use a Bianchi Professional and a Galco (forgot the model). The Galco is a bit heavier-duty than the DeSantis but it is thicker and a bit less comfortable.

I don't believe Crossbreed (like I have for Kahr) supports this gun, but Comfort Carry does in a comparable design. The idea of a leather back and Kydex form plus spring steel belt clips works amazingly well. It is the best IWB holster I have tried. I forget I am even carrying. In colder weather I am carrying a 1911 Compact Commander OWB, not a big gun really, but there is quite a contrast in the feel of it.

When I bought the Crossbreed for my P-11 they did not carry one for that pistol. The guys from Crossbreed saw my post on the website Defensive Carry and said they could make one for the P-11. So I am under the impression that mine is the first. And my P-11 fits perfectly. They may be able to make one for any pistol you have, just have to ask.

Interesting that you post this today as I intended to post my experience with the crossbreed for the M&P9c tonight. About a month ago I asked the same question about an IWB for this pistol.(Fabulous pistol by the way) I got a lot of good answers and a lot of favorite choices. I chose to order a crossbreed. I've had it about two weeks now. Takes a bit of experiment to figure out the right spot on your side an the depth and the cant. It's nice that these are adjustable. The more you wear it the more it fits to you. I honestly don't believe I could have found a better holster. I have tried a couple of others, but the crossbreed really works for me. I think those who don't care for them may not have given them enough time. Just my .02.

Crossbreed lists "S&W M&Pc all variants" as a model, you could always EMail them to make absolutely sure they have a compatible mold.

Seriously, CB is worth the money, it is cheaper than 3 generic holsters and will mold to your hip for a much more comfortable carry experience, in addition to not adding to the width of the carried pistol as much as the models with clips (or even worse, loops) right on top of the pistol.

No, the make and model list in the drop down order selection process does not include S&W of any model. See Crossbreed MiniTuck. Obviously, they do make it by virtue of reports, but the availability is not obvious. Whatever...it's a great holster for my Kahrs.

I went in their wed sight too, it IS listed as "Meytind" said..

It said S+W Mp9 all models

S+W mp9c all models

I'm NOT a fan of the Crossbreed and don't understand the love for that holster. Based upon the many recommendations I received, I purchased a crossbreed for my G27.

It's a pain in the ass to get in place. It doesn't conceal the gun any better than my cheapie $15 Don Hume iwb holster. It's not any more comfortable than my cheapie don hume -- if anything, it's less comfortable. About the only nice thing I can say about it is that it's relatively quick to draw from.

I just don't get it. Maybe it's good for heavier guns (i.e. all steel full size 1911), but I am not the least bit impressed with it for my G27.

The MiniTuck and the SuperTuck are two different holsters. The Mini being for some of the smaller guns. The Supertuck list does have several S&W including the M&P's, Sigma's, J-Frames and others.

Turbobuddha nailed it. If you want a holster for a S&W, you need to get the Crossbreed Supertuck, not the MiniTuck.

The clips are the same size, as far as I know ... the MiniTuck is only for mouseguns that would be lost on the big backing of the SuperTuck.

The QwikClip and MicroClip are different sizes, too, by the way

@ Harmon Rabb...

I have a G27 and use the SuperTuck. It used to be my daily carry, and I find it more comfortable and concealable than most others.

What was it about the holster you didn't like? I found that I didn't like the first 2-3 weeks as it was broken in (I opted for the more difficult, but durable horsehide), but after that I loved it.
