I caught one stage of the Steel Challenge on Shooting Gallery today, watched two top auto shooters and Mr. Revolver taking their turns.

Jerry was not a lead in the overall, but on this stage it was interesting to see how consistent and fast he is. While one of the auto shooters took the stage with a best run 1.73 sec, that was not the shooter's norm as he varied all the way up to 2.80 on the other runs, staying generally at over 2 seconds. Second auto shooter pretty much the same.

Jerry on the other hand consistently shot in the 1.8X range with a best of 1.82. Interesting.

Jerry Miculek,
his wife and all the family
truly live "An Armed Society is a Polite Society".
Nicest folks, and they can flat shoot! :D
Old man Clark [said with respect] was a true Gentleman, and a shooter in his own right. He also did a lot for shooters and the shooting industry.

Humbling comes to mind when Jerry Shoots.

He totally blows holes in the theory "I might need more than 5, or 6 rounds from a revolver and that is why I need a semi...". :p

Shooting Gallery, Gun's & Ammo, Cowboys & American Rifleman are all on the Outdoor Channel. They are on Wed. nights & maybe earlier in the day. Generally, all of the shows are pretty good.

Thanks, I wasn't aware they had anything other than hunting/fishing. I'll make sure I catch some of that programming (provided I can get my roommate to delete some of his Star Trek episodes on the DVR).
