Well, I bought the second gun I was yearning for.. I was on a waiting list for both DPMS Sportical 5.56 and DPMS LR-308 and I manage to purchase both on Gun Broker. FOr the LR-308, I am forking out $1400 + Free Shipping. Well, I admit this is more than its retail of $1100, but I think I have landed a great deal. The guy who was selling it is a big seller on Gun Broker and has about 99% good reviews, so I hope I will be in the 99%.

Yes, I was very nervous to do this and I am still praying both guns work out well. Well, I have been seeing some of these LR-308's going for as high as $2500, even more :what:. I have seen guns at $1,750 going in less than a day. Well, this guy just happen to put the ad on gun broker like 30 minutes from the time I saw it and after reading his feedback I bought it. I really have not seen such a deal and I was not wanting to wait 1 year just so I could save a couple hundred bucks.

So, now I got both guns I wanted for prices that are actually reasonable. I thank God and I am looking forward to shooting the LR-308. This was the one I was really hoping to get and was thinking that I may never get it, with Dada Barack Insane Osama coming into the throne.

:D:D:D I AM HAPPY.. :D:D:D
Well, I am going to have to start stocking up on scopes, magazines, ammo and start my training. I am a newbie, but I think I scored some decently priced tools for the crazy time we are in.

Yes, I'd say you did good even at $1400 with demand being so high for these - BIG Congrats!

I bagged a LR-308 AP4 recently too and am still grinning. Considering that you won't have to wait 8 months for one either...did well!
