......heavy a load do people put through their Ruger Sixes? Could've searched but then I wouldn't have posted a pic. The search for these started with the blue, ended with the stainless Speed in the back. I'm into low maintenance so the stepson will get the blue and I'll keep the stainless for the wife and I. Now that he finally grew up, has kids and learned about responsibility, I deem him worthy. Some locker queen sales and trades went into the acquisition of these. Someone here posted a pic at my request of a SP101 compared to the Sixes. Not much bigger. That and their rugged reputation sold me on getting these over the SP. Besides, I don't think the SP is going anywhere soon, can pick one up later. Note the heavy barrel on the stainless Speed:

Wow! Those three "Sixes" are beautiful! I also own those exact three models-plus, a NIB 3"(Not 2.75")Speed-Six, and a 2.75" stainless Service-Six. Were all of yours purchased in NIB condition?

Although I'm not one to overload my revolvers, the Sixes are Hell for stout and they were designed to fire the .357 magnum round continuously from day one! It's just my personal opinion-but, I prefer the Sixes over the SP101 and the GP100. Despite saying this, they are all great revolvers! You probably are already aware that the Sixes are considerably stronger than the Smith and Wesson K-frame. BTW, your photo turned out to be perfect! I wish that I could get results like that!

If it was affordable, I wouldn't hesitate to shoot exclusively full load .375mag in my 3" Service Six and 4" Speed Six. The reality is that .38spl fits my budget much better.

On occaision, I'll put a mix in the cylinder and ask the shooter to identify the .357 rounds.

As to the photo quality, I'd suggest no so bright a background -- the subjects would have been shown off a bit nicer had they not been underexposed.

What can I say,.....

.....I'm no shutterbug. I try though. Slick, they're not NIB, but the blued one is close. That dragline is hardly noticeable. They all lock up tight. Their strength/size combo is why I searched for awhile for these. Wanted something K-framed size with more strength. Had a K-frame years ago. Did the job but these are known more for their strength than the 66 I had.
