K31 date of manufacture?

Just picked up my new K31 at the local Big 5. It's in good condition overall, but the blueing is only 85% or so. The walnut stock is actually not as banged up as some of the ones I've seen. I assume it's a pre-war rifle. Where can I look up when it was made?

They also have Yugo M24/47 on sale, just smothered in cosmo. I've never seen so much cosmo on one rifle! I'm sure I'll wind up buying one. That would be my 5th rifle over the last six weeks, or so. This is totally out of control! Somebody help me...
