K98 or 1903 Prices

So I've started thinking of getting either a K98 or a 1903 to add to my collection and I'm wondering what sort of prices I'd be looking at. I'd prefer to get a 1903 simply because I can get brass pretty easily for 30-06. Are there any companies making replicas that are worth anything? What are the surplus rifles going for?

k98k $450-500 in kansas second k is for carbine these are nazi proof rifles .

Aimsurplus has some, but they "appear" to be newly made. I dont know the origins of these rifles, but I've heard that they have new barrels and stocks etc, built on original receivers (dont quote me on that though). Although this is the A4 model, they had some A3s going for $799. CMP may have them cheaper, I'm guessing around $500, but those will see some more wear.

K98's on the other hand can be found from anywhere between $250 to $350 generally depending on rifle markings and wear.

I have a new-condition rearsenaled 1903A3 and I wouldn't trade it for a spotted hog. I would imagine its fair worth to be in the $650-800 range considering the craftsmanship.

I got my Lithgow No1 MkIII from them for right about $300. Great rifle in great shape. I know they have tons of K98s and some 1903s. They will ship anywhere. What is listed on the website is only a portion of what they have so if you don't see something you like give them a call they might just have it.
