Okay...so I went to get a Kel Tec and wound up with a Kahr P9. Don't ask why okay.
Anyhow...I take it to the range and a guy at the range tells me that after about 3000 rounds the polymer kahrs magazines will start sticking in the well because the frame begins to warp. Does anyone know if this is true or rumor? Has anyone else heard this?
The P9 is to be my backup weapon, but if this rumor is true I'm getting rid of it right now. I'll put 3000 rounds through it just getting ready to qual. Not at one time of course.
Anyone who owns a Kahr please let me know. I am a little worried now. How is the quality?
Should I get the Kel Tec instead?
BTW...the Kahr is nicely accurate...once you figure out how to shoot it. Mine you have to have the front dot at the 6 o'clock position of a bulls eye. My Sigs the dot has to be "ON" the bulls eye. Took me a second to learn this.
