Kahr PM40

[Revival]

I have a Kahr PM9 and I'm very happy with it. I am considering a PM40. Should I expect the same function? I am not concerned with recoil, but reliability.

Thoughts?

My PM40 has functioned 100% out of the box. No failures during the 200 round recommended "break in" or since beyond the quirk of it not feeding from slide lock with the 6 round mag, it will with the 5 round mag. No problem if you "slingshot" the initial loading.

I had a problem initially that Kahr service handled admirably -- the metal insert in the mag release came out which meant mags wouldn't lock in. Emailed Kahr via their website and had a pair of replacement mag catches in my hands three days later.
