Hi Guys! I just came from Kel Tec CNC Inc. Fri. I just whent to COC to get 2 mags for my perfectly fine PF9 Never had a jam or problem with it, As i talkt to the gun smith that I had put over 6,ooo rnds. through it she looked with amaze and smiled, she asked nothing is rong with it? I reply no, everything works perfect, She asked if she could take a look at it, I responded OK. 30mm later she came with a big smile said, I giving you a new gun back, I ask What you mean? she said she replaced the aluminum frame becouse it was the old stile, She replaced the plastic mag, reli. with a metal one new and improved, Gave it a new barel since the one it had was the first ones that came out with them, Changed the giding rodd , Buffed the ramp, she made my gun new, I said but I didn,t need it, She smiled and said it this one Had 6,000 rnd, emagine how long it will last now with the improved parts, I thanked her all free of Cahrge, Great servise or What?:)

Some of the best customer service in the industry. My P11 has over 11K rounds (rough count) through it. I've had it a dozen years now. I shot it a lot when I got it, but get to the range less now days. I talked to a KT rep once, asked about replacing the recoil spring. I'd heard on KTOG that I should replace it every 5K rounds. He sent me a new spring, but told me it really didn't need it. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." Tough little gun IMHO, well built, and backed by great folks.

i just don't like the looks.I almost bought a p3at but??
looking to buy the new ruger LCP

I have herd many other that have visited them and also had Great things to say about them, I need to take a trip up Kel-Tec, it is only 80 miles, would like to pick up a few mag for my P3AT, it has been a great little gun I have ~3K rds thru it with out a problem

My P3AT will soon be a paperweight. It malfunctions after I carry it all week in a pocket holster. Ah...it does work well if I clean it, lube it and go straight to the range. I just read the first Ruger .380 range report compared to the P3AT and it sounds like a far superior weapon. I think Kel Tec makes cheap weapons...just my opinion.

My P-3AT is regularly in my carry rotation. Bought it used from a co-worker that couldn't trust it.

Read all sorts of good advice about care and feeding on the KTOG forums, and I now trust this gun unconditionally.

My P-11 has been flawless from Day 1.

Yet you still carry it????? KT does make cheap pistols. and some never seem to work well. But if you send it back , they will repair or replace it. That is not a good excuse for quality issues, but show me any gun maker that sells guns 2-3 times the cost of the KT that has no complaints about quality/function.

MY PF9 has to go back for a walking extractor pin, so i have had problems with them as well. But i did not think that i was getting a swiss watch when i bought it for a cheap price, so i can live with getting it tuned-up.
