I'm wondering if I can convert my Kel Tec SU16Ca to a SU16c by buying the "Charlie" folding stock or I would need additional parts?
I may be leaving the state and would like to make the conversion, if possible, if I complete my move out of California.
The "Charlie" model is not legal here in California because the rifle can be fired when in the folded position. Is it even possible or is the trigger group different?
