Kentucky or Tennessee

Both states are pretty good. Fort Campbell straddles Ky and Tn. Also, I believe Ky still has the West Point Machine gun Shoot. which is up by the Gold Vault.

I’ve close kin that live in Pulaski and Fayetteville also Murfreesboro Tennessee. Heck I got Kin pretty much all over Tennessee. Also my birth state so Tennessee all the way. Just not Lynchburg it’s DRY. ;)

Kentucky is not restrictive at all. During normal (non-pandemic) times gun shows are common across the state. In recent years, the state legislature has passed laws preventing infringement on gun rights. The Bowling Green - Warren County area is one of the fastest growing areas in the country. Land and home values have gone up dramatically. Any of the neighboring counties are fine and you could get what you are looking for much cheaper. I’d recommend Allen or Barren Counties. I’m not very familiar with Clarksville, TN/ Hopkinsville, KY area. All of the areas mentioned are a short drive from Nashville.

I'm live in ky. I pack a gun all the time.
I would say 45% of women have one in their purse, it would suprise you , but I live in rual south central ky. I think its gun friendly. Land in my area can be $2000, or less for a acre. Sales tax is 6%. I can recommend Somerset ky.
In my opinion it's a nice town, plenty of lakes , hiking , and shooting. I live
40 miles north, but have thought about
Moving in the area. I have a 35 acre farm getaway 20 miles away from Somerset.
