I own one. Came outta box with a bad sear, went full auto. Needed to go back to Kimber 3 times, then I sent it to local smith. Didn't end up saving any money at all, biggest dissapointment purchase ever.
Plastic and MIM parts. Thumb safety is loose. Beavertail grip fitted so loosely it rattles. Bad finish. Melt-down job was done on a grinder, pretty uneven -shoulda been done by hand.
Save your money, get the Kimber Ultra Carry instead. Use some of the money you save to upgrade from the plastic and MIM parts.
