I am just about done with my box of Danish surplus and took out a few of the Korean surplus I ordered to look it over and check cycling. It has the PS headstamp, which is supposed to be non-corrosive.
The Danish surplus came in boxes with clips in the bottom, so naturally I looked at each round as I loaded in the clips.
The Korean surplus came already in clips, so I loaded one up just to cycle it through without firing. It jammed badly and I found two problems. One round was badly corroded, and the clip was rusted enough it did not go in or out easily. I looked at several more clips and they all had some slight rusting, some more than others.
So I plan to take all the Korean out of the clips, inspect it, throw the clips away, and put the good ammo in new clips.
Has anyone else had this problem?
What's a good source for some more of that nice Danish stuff?
