You forgot to mention on those AR-15 uppers, there is not BCG or charge handle which could run as much as another $200.

$200? You can get bolt carrier group and charging handle for around $100 (I actually prefer to choose my own BCG/charging handle) so PSA $199 uppers would be around $300 for complete upper with BCG/charging handle.

Best deal going for a BCG is Spikes Tactical. You can get them at Spikes, Brownells, Etc. for about 125 dollars. A standard charging handle is much less expensive than the top shelf models. I really like the medium BCM Gunfighter, but it's three times the price of a G.I. handle.
