i actually just watched a review last night by hickock45 on the keltec and the ruger. no doubt the ruger costs a little more but, i guess that's a subject for another thread because i'm sure there's all kinds of debate there. i personally like the ruger better, he had a magazine issue which caused a failure to feed and one of the magazines wouldn't accept the full amount on the keltec. the ruger performed flawless. so, is it worth it to me to spend a few more bones on the ruger? you betcha!! thanks for all the replies guys.....hvychev77

Another thing to consider with the LC9 is the trigger guard is bigger on the LC9. The PF9 is a little small for my fat fingers. It works fine but it just feels like I'm sticking my finger in there instead of my finger just falling on the trigger.

On that note..... I do believe the LCI is a requirement on some states. ie: not Rugers decision to have it.
A requirement in some states? Sure. Required to be abnormally large? I doubt it. Required to emboss a RTFM message on side of the gun? Again, doubtful. It just feels to me like Ruger went way overboard with the safety features on this gun.
