My Pico has been more reliable than my CW380, inasmuch as the CW380 is susceptible to limp wristing and the Pico hasn’t been. I shot the CW380 much better though.

Yes, the CW 380 is susceptible to limp wristing. I shoot both guns equally with a slight edge going to the Pico. That could be because I find the lower bore axis of the Khar to affect me where the Pico feels much better in my hand and points better. Others like the low bore axis. The Kahr has a lot of the Glock Traits in that area.
