In looking through these, I think Pax makes some excellent points! Many holsters are not very comfortable and there should be some kind of soft padding on the skin side - perhaps a replaceable or washable padding?
Also, you might want to consider looking at the niche market. EVERYBODY makes holsters for the more common handguns, but there aren't many choices out there for people who carry Mak's, PPK's, Mustangs or many other less-common firearms. Catering to those folks would seem to be a good way to get your foot in the door.
