Cast some of the Lee 95grn RF bullets for my wife's .380, now I can't find a load for them. I have CFE pistol, universal, and unique to work with. Can anybody give me their pet loads using these powders? Pistol is a Ruger LCP.

I wouldn't say it's a pet load. But it is stout and fairly accurate.

I used Missouri Bullet's 95 gr. (Secret Agent) 18 BHN.

For me, this is a max load. Shot out of a LC380 3 1/4" barrel.

CFE-Pistol @ 4.0 gr. Rem 1 1/2 primers. COAL .960"
Hi...978 fps.
Lo...895 fps.
Avg..926 fps.
ES...83
SD..25

I believe I started at 3.6 gr. and worked up to 4.0 gr.

Hope that helps you out some.

Thanks, Kcofohio. I will give this a try, I wanted to use the CFE Pistol as it is a new powder for me. I have used it in my .45acp and it works great for that.

Anybody know which Lyman top punch would work with this bullet? Yes I know it is a Tumble Lube bullet ... but I have a Lyman 450 that I'd like to use just to size ...

Looking forward to any data also....

My load for Meister lead, which is a smidge lighter at 92 grains, gets 3.6 grains of Unique. I thought I had chronograph data for it, but I guess not. Shoots pretty well though.
