What else do I need to make this happen?
I have a new uniflow powder measure with the case activated linkage kit and new Lee dies. can I make this happen or do I have more buying to do?

What kind of press do you have? Progressive? Single Stage?
Do you have dial or digital calipers?
Do you have a couple good manuals Lyman, Lees, ...?
Do you have a good set of scales?
Do you have a log book?
Do you have a cartridge check gauge?
Do you have a good, safe recipe to start with?
Do you have powder and primers?

Can you give us a little more information?

I have dial and Digital calipers.
I have a Hornady case gauge. i
I have a Lee Single stage that I’ve used for years for 25-06 and 223.
I have a new in box RCBS pro2000 progressive I intend to use for the 9mm. As of now I have the auto index removed and plan to run manual until I get comfortable. New to progressive. I have only a Lee manual but intend to order another Speer and maybe another brand.
I have primers I do not have bullets (115) for practice is what I’m wanting to start with. I also do not have powder as of yet. I’m slowly getting the press set up.
I will not give gouge prices for any of this stuff. I have patients but would like to actually be pulling the handle by the first of the year.
also forget to mention I have a RCBS uniflow with case activated linkage that came with the pro2000
I have another manual pro2000 and a manual Lee perfect powder measure both on stands.
I presently use a Lee mechanical scale and have since 2000. I got a RCBS digital with the pro2000 but have no luck getting it calibrated.
This was a NOS reloading kit and although never used, has some age on it.

So I just had lunch and found one video on this. It appears that I don’t use the powder through die but everything I need is with the case activated uniflow. all I’ve found so far is that I use a drop tube and pistol adapter.
Is there just one pistol adapter or are they caliber specific?

After more research I think this will be my plan. I will use the powder through/ expander just to bell the cases and the case activated uniflow has everything I need to dump the powder in the cases. I have 5stations on the pro2000. I still have enough spots for each setup.

You sound like your about ready to start, bullets aren't hard to find. Check out Rocky Mountain Reloading's website.
The owner is also one of our members.
All the Cabellas I've been to the last few weeks have had a selection of 9mm bullets including Berry's with somewhat reasonable prices.

I load on a progressive as well. Since you have 5 stations, I’d recommend an RCBS Lock Out die. You can certainly start without one, but one thing I strive to do is always, always, check the case for a powder charge before placing the bullet on the case mouth. Good lighting will help you view the powder charge and you’ll know if there isn’t one, or if it’s a double. You should be able to seat bullets at one station and crimp at the next. For 9mm you just want to remove the bell, and allow the round to chamber. You do not want to over do this step, more crimp is not good in 9mm. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Thank you for the advice. I don’t have a lockout die but I do have a Hornady powder checker (can’t recall what it’s called at the moment) that I intend to use from the start and hopefully create a good habit of watching it.

I have been down that road before as I have 2 piggy-back presses and a pro2000
Know that the uniflo pistol drop insert has a beveled end and can be adjusted to bell the case but not expand the neck like the Lee die.
I struggled with the case activated Uniflo's clap-trap linkage for a while before switching to the Lee Pro Auto Disc measure, a game changer.
I "discovered" the Lee measure when I bought a pro1000 that came with it, so simple to setup, I changed over all of the RCBS progressives.
I did have to buy some lee powder measure risers to clear the RCBS press index rods though.
Rather than trying to adapt the Lee measure chain return and didn't like that wrap-around spring thing, I used an extension spring fastened to the adjoining die(see pic).
On the RCBS presses I use a Hornady bullet feeding die fed with tubes so my left hand only has one operation (load the case), and my right hand never leaves the lever.
