RCBS case activated linkage ?

It would help if I knew what press you are going to use, the answer is yes, you can add the case activated mechanism to your Inflow, if a case is raised below the Uniflow, the mechanism will dump powder, if a case is not beneath the Uniflow, no powder will be dumped.
There are progressive presses that have separate powder die mechanism, the Dillon uses a powder die that doubles as a neck expander, other presses have a case activated lock out, meaning if there is no case in the shell plate, the mechanism is not activated.

The Projector is an old Hornady press that I think used the Hornady powder measure the same way the newer AP press does. Somebody who has one will have to verify that.
But if that's true, since the Uniflow and its case-activated linkage is VERY similar to the Hornady Powder measure & linkage, it would probably work. (Hornady licensed the Uniflow P.M. design for their P.M., then invented the case-activated linkage to use it in their progressives....RCBS licensed that same linkage for their Uniflow and use it for their progressives now.)
I have an RCBS Pro 2000 with two Uniflows. One Uniflow has the RCBS linkage, the other now sports the perfect-fit Hornady linkage so I could use Hornady's PTX expanders to expand cases in the same station as the powder drop.
At that time RCBS did not have a powder through expander for pistol reloading with the Uniflow. That is no longer true....New RCBS Expander is now available.
So now you have two choices....buy the RCBS linkage you indicated, or buy the Hornady linkage.....and either brand has powder through expanders for pistol if you wish to purchase them.

The older Projector had a powder dump system totally unlike the newer linkage. It would dump powder if no case was present. It worked fine, you just had to watch that you did not dump powder at the end of a run. I rigged my LNL to use my two Redding measures. I borrowed some of the old design. I have a swinging arm on the subplate that operates the linkage. I swing it out of the way if there is not a case present, like at the beginning or end of a run. I used the Hornady measure and linkage on my LNL for the first time last week. I was loading .458 Win Mag and my BR-30 would not throw enough powder. I made a short SS powder funnel that fits in the drop tube mount, fits the case, and it activates the measure via the linkage as designed. I'll get a pic later. I use regular expanders in station 2 before the powder drop.
My home made funnels tapered end goes down to center the case mouth The other side pushes up the hollow rod that activates the linkage. In the normal set up you would use a powder funnel as supplied with the LNL, or purchased separately. I expand prior to dumping powder, so I do not need the powder through expander. The linked to funnel would most likely work, but mine was free.

That package will work as well as the Hornady's. I would recommend getting the PTX Stop too. This will take the load off of the linkage when doing the PTX. If not you will eventually fail the long vertical arm, like I did. My LNL-AP older model did not come with this stop, so when Hornady sent me the replacement part they sent me the stop too. Now it toke close to 25k rounds to fail it.
