Hey all,
Looking at amazon, I see some unusual pricing .
Classic lee single stage o press, pre panic it was like $100 if I remember correctly. Yes, I know everything's inflated at the moment. But it's not proportionate to pre prices.
Since when is rcbs cheaper than lee?
I wonder if the lee press which is usually less expensive is in higher demand because it's perceived and assumed to be a less expensive option.
Even lee die sets are about $100, but so are everyone else's generally speaking.
Again , I think that's about normal price for rcbs but more than 2x (maybe 3x) for Lee dies.
Why the premium for Lee?
I like Lee a lot and most of my gear says lee on it but I buy it because it costs less typically but is still very good quality. It wouldn't raise an eyebrow in prices if all equipment was double its normal price, it's not really what I'm seeing. I could compile more examples from other brands too but on the quick look on Amazon , that's what I'm seeing
