So I was reading MrReynolds post about "The Brady Campaign Needs Your Help Now!!" and started thinking if we all made $.01 donations to the Brady Campaign we would actually cost them money as long as they're using a CC processor. Most processors charge 2.9% + .25 transaction fee, so if the Brady Campaign is using a processor, they would lose $.24 cents per $.01 transaction. I know, this probably won't take off, but I thought it was an interesting thought. Just think if we each put a little time a side and donated $.01 (100x) a day. Each member would cost the Brady's $24.00 per day, $720 per month, and it would only cost us $30.00 per month and the time to complete the transactions. Now times that $720 per month times 2000 members and you're looking at a cost of 1.44 million dollars in one month's time. In theory, this could be very damaging until they catch on and raise the limit.
