I was wondering how most legislator's staff treat multiple letters from a single person. If I write two or three letters about a subject, do they keep track well enough that they realize, "Hey, this guy already sent us two letters--we'll just count them all as one letter." Or do they generally end up all counting in the totals of "pro" and "anti" tallys they pass on to their legislator?
In other words, is there much value to writing multiple letters on a subject?
(BTW, if I write multiple letters, I make different points. Regardless of what actually happens to them, I don't like the potential of being caught in "Hey, this yo-yo is xeroxing off this letter and bulk-mailing them to us!")
