Leupold DD base + Burris DD rings OK?

I really like Burris's Signature Dual Dovetail rings, but they do not offer a DD base for my Contender pistol. Leupold does offer a base for the Contender. Will Burris's DD rings fit in Leupold's DD bases? Thanks-

I asked a similar question, and was told the dovetail stuff will all interchange. I did not try myself, so this reply offers you absolutely nothing!

I have the Burris rings, the ones with offset polymer inserts, on my Leupold DD bases. Seems to work fine.
