I realize this is an optics question, but doesnt seem to be much going on in that page. I been thinking about a Leupold Mark AR for an extra Bushmaster I got in .308. I own a few Leupolds and generally stick to Leupolds. this model is "for AR15 type rifles"....does anybody have one on an AR10 frame and how does it work on such an animal? I know lots of scopes are designed with the 5.56 (.223) in mind. right now toss up between Mark AR, VXIII or a Fullfield II in 4.5x14x40. any info is appreciated.

I had an older model on an AR15. Nice scope for the money. From what I researched I learned that the Mark AR series are built to the same strength as the Mk4 series but they cut some of the add ons like illumination and use a lower quality glass.

I just checked on some of the new models. The new ones can be had with MRAD turrets. I still think they are a nice scope for the money, which I won't say for the Mk4 line. Not that the Mk4s are bad, I just think they are over priced.
