Liking my Remington 1911R1S

What really got me was the apparently high quality of the magazines. They're solid, heavy-duty, and beautifully made, putting all my others to shame!

I've been turned off and on by factory magazine quality in the past.

While I can look at a crummy mag and generally take it in stride that I'll need to buy my own - a deliberately high quality magazine shouts out to me that someone cares. More than 1 high quality magazine? More than twice the satisfaction for me.

I have two Remington 1911's. Both have been fantastic. My ultralite executive is dollar for dollar one of the best I've ever owned.
