I recently purchased some Speer TNT 55gr JHP bullets and I am having some trouble finding some decent load data for these bullets.
I am looking to load these in .223 Rem with IMR 3031
I am also wondering if I can use the same load data I used with some 55gr FMJ rounds
I am using load data from the instructions that come with the LEE three die set. The LEE manual does not specify what type of bullet they mean by jacketed, it worked just fine with FMJ, the exact words used are in the manual are "55 grain jacketed bullet" my data for 55gr FMJ is as follows
Powder: IMR 3031 (22.0gr)
Brass: Mixed (mostly PMC and Federal)
Primer: CCI small rifle
Bullet Winchester 55gr FMJ
I am wondering if I can substitute the 55gr FMJ for the 55gr TNT JHP bullets.
If anyone has any load data for this specific bullet that would also be great.
Thanks
