So yesterday a neighbor gave me a Traditions Pursuit LT .50 that he's had for a few years and never shot. It must be one of the older versions as it doesn't have the accelorator breech plug necessitating the use of a ratchet to remove the breech plug. Now I have a little experience with inline muzzleloaders but none with this particular . Can someone who does recommend a basic load?
I currently have Hodgson Triple Seven pellets and 270 gr. Powerbelt bullets that my CVA likes and will certainly give those a try, but I am looking for the opinions of those with more experience with this platform.
