Ordered an H&R Target Model rifle in 38-55 caliber. During my looonnnggg wait for the rifle to arrive I've started casting bullets and getting ready to reload. My Lee bullet mold drops the bullets at 253 +/- 1 grain very consistently. I'm not planning to size the bullets to begin with, they measure .3805 ".
The Lyman reloading manual I have is very skimpy on reloading data. Does anyone have and suggestions or recommendations about this caliber in this rifle?
