I'm in Eastern CO, so I would say that is midwest...but I'm truly from PA, so I don't know...

Get out! Me too. I live in the Denver area now, but am from the Philly burbs.

It is so like a Texan to seperate their state from the rest. Seriously, des Texas really deserve its own category?

Interesting subjective naming of regions. :scrutiny: So, .22 junkie, is Wisconsin in the Midwest or the North according to your division of these United States?

At a college football game where Virginia was playing a team "north of the Mason-Dixon line" I was hearing rumbles in the crowd there, quotes of "The South will rise again".

I am sure that they were just having fun...right? :)

I have also heard pleny of times anyone from Pensylvania north called Yankees.Funny to me, as that is 700 miles to the SOUTH of where I am from.
All a matter of perspective I guess. Funny to contemplate tho'.

Well I reside just north of the capital of east coast liberalism, New York City.:barf:

I guess for the sake of the poll it is Yankeeland. The new war now is that of hoplophobic aggression being waged against gun owners. Three guesses as to which side I am on!:D

one more vote from Mississippi....

far be it from me to rile someone from Texas, but I think it should be part of the "Deep South" myself...

:)

New Hampshire.

You ever think that the Masstypes and New Yorkers think they're sparing the rest of the union direct contact from LiveFreeorDie/Vermonter gunnies?

To answer your question, Yep.

To quote somebody whose name I don't remember,
"Texas. It's a whole nother country."

You can believe it or not.
Texans believe.
