I'm thinking of getting married and going to Las Vegas to get married, but the bride and I are not really into the gambling or most of the Las Vegas scene.
I was wondering if any High Roaders knew if there were places in or around Las Vegas to rent and shoot some Class III weapons, and what kind of prices for rental?

Something to start off the marriage with a "bang" :D

Hmmm ...... pellet pistol and Tannerite targets in the honeymoon Suite!??:D

''Honey - will ya hurry up and get that belt stoked ..... it's only 2,000 rounds and we start shooting 8.00 am sharp!'' ..... ''Oh and then ...... there's these 25 magazines for the Mac .... fill em up will ya!''

:p

I'd worry more about firing off your own weapon than renting some! It's your wedding for Christs sake!

There is a place that my wife and I rented on Blue Diamond road I believe. Sorry, I forgot the name of it. For that matter, I hope the street is right! We are not much of gamblers either. There is so much to do in Vegas besides give your money away even though youre gonna waste it no matter what you do! Class 3 rentals is about the fastest way but atleast you walk away with a ???? eating grin!

Thanks for the humorous replies guys, but really, I want to introduce my bride to the American gun culture. I spent almost 2 years getting her here from China due to "snafus" of the government and she likes to shoot. I figured I would give her a "special" wedding present she could only have here in the U.S.A.!!

Oh, and by the way, when I took her to a gun show, she kept telling me she would give me money to by any gun I wanted! :p

Congratulations....

Buy your guns now before she starts saving your money to bring "your" family in China over here. Serious dude. Chinese & Filipinos think that way.

WOW..you took her to a gunshow on a date and she wants to buy you guns....to think i had to go to craft shows,a basket factory that was a 3 hour drive and several ice skating shows before any hockey, rodeos or a gunshow..all i can say is congrats and...WOW.

Dude, thinking of stuff like getting married is bad , going to Las Vegas, now thats an idea:D Tim (oh, kidding about the first comment)

Baba Louie has the stores listed.
The place on Blue Diamond road is closed.
You also might want to check and see if Frontsite is offering one of their free Uzi classes while you are here.
Larry is a good guy. You would certainly have more fun with him than renting a SMG in a store since he takes you out to the desert.

Personally I am not so sure this is a good idea for a honeymoon, but you know your bride and I don't.
Have fun while you are here. There is a lot of stuff to do besides gambling. I have lived here for 20 years and have played casino games a couple times. I do bet a little football, but not all that often. I don't seem to have a problem finding stuff to do here, although I do have that millstone of having to go to work hanging around my neck.

Thanks to all for your replies. I never do things the normal way, so I thought of this for a "honeymoon". :D

Gary is partially right, she would like to have at least one of her sisters here for company. I wouldn't mind, they are all great people.

Thanks again!

Wayne

Road trip to FrontSite, NV.

Maybe schedule the wedding trip/honeymoon around an Urban Rifle class for two?

In my book, nothing says "love" quite like giving your spouse coverfire.
