I hate the new internal locks, but really like the new 386 & 329 Scandium/Titanium revolvers, which all have them.

At first, I figured to just leave them UN-locked and put the keys away.
But now, I wondering if there's a way to disable the lock permanently?
Hate to have the lock come ON, due to recoil, etc., and not have the key.
Don't want to have to carry the key, every time I carry the gun, either.
So: Lock-Tite? Remove parts? Or am just I worrying too much?

I think you might be worrying a little too much, I haven't heard of the guns locking on their own. I'm not saying that it hasn't happened just I haven't heard of it. Leave it unlocked and it should be fine. IF you do use lock-tite go easy with it. I'd be more worried about the lock-tite locking up the gun than the actual lock ever would. ....Whit

Has never happened. After looking, I don't see how it could. I think they are completely harmless to gun operation (unlike the new frame mounted firing pins).

It won't. I exchanged e-mail with the designer of the lock a while back (he's no longer with S&W). Believe me, they tested the thing hard. If you really want to, you can take the lock parts out, but there's really no need.
