Longest time you have seen a gun offered for sale?

I don't know if the guy who owns the gun shop up the street from me just really likes the 15 or so pistols he has in his display case (Small, hole in the wall shop, part of a bigger family-type business venture, I think he does most of his work in gunsmithing) and keeps reordering (Wouldn't shock me, he has pretty decent guns at reasonable prices) or just nobody buys them and they've been there this whole time.

I'm tempted to go with the first option, however, as I bought my Ruger Mark III from him, and the next time I went in he had another one out.
