1.) I am looking for a complete AR-15 upper- A3/A4 style receiver with 16" HBAR and M4 handguards-pre-ban/no-ban format-any pointers?

2.) What is everyone's opinion on Hakko(?) optics, is it a get what you pay for type deal? (ie. save my nickels for aimpoint)

3.) Anyone very heard of Superior Arms? I saw some stripped lowers for sale the other day and was just wondering.

Stag uppers are rumored to be pretty good, AIM Surplus has them for around $500.
