Aker also makes a leather belt with a polymer insert in it to make it stiff. It's listed under their webpage:

the b21 and b22, it comes in black as well and you can interchange the belt buckles to other styles. I've had mine for about 4 years now and I use it everyday for ccw and for dress. Think I picked it up at a gun shop for about 30 bucks.

I have both a Gunners Alley/Beltman 1 1/4" and Rafter S 1 1/2" belts. Both are excellent products and really make a difference over any type of conventional belt. I like both of them but of the two I'd give a slight nod to the Gunners Alley one.

+1 for the gunners alley belts. I have 2 in 1 1/4 inch. I wear them everyday. They did take a day or 2 to break in or for me to get used to such a heavy belt.

I have a Kirkpatrick belt and it is an excellent belt for the money. I think mine was $55 shipped. I have been wearing it now for three years and it still lokks real good.

Here's another fairly new option... www.goodbelts.com.

These double ply leather belts are only $29.95 plus shipping. Jason works for Kirkpatrick Leather in Laredo, TX and he makes these belts in his spare time. I recently bought one and I'm extremely pleased with his work (no, he didn't pay me to say that).
