Looking for a new CCW

I'm looking for a smaller gun to carry, I now carry a FNP-9 but with spring coming on i want something easier to hide. I have not decided on auto or revolver yet. I have been looking at the Taurus Millennium Pro in .40, which i have heard good things about. I don't want anything smaller than .38 special. The XD and glock are out of the running, other than that its free game. What I would like from you guys are suggestions that I might not have thought of yet. I don't want to spend more than 600 dollars, but i don't mind an used gun so you have free range(except XD and glocks). Thanks guys. John

I carry a S&W M638 .38 Special +P and my son has a Taurus PT-111 Pro in 9mm, both are easy to conceal and both are reliable.

S&W 642/442/637 and/or Glock 26... Load-em up with Speer Gold Dot Short Barrel Ammo.. That should do it...

These are my short barreled carries...load them all up with Corbon DPX...copper tops designed for the short barrel resultng in superior penetration/expansion leaving no lead fouling in the barrel and the bullets do not frag. Recoil is slight so follow up shots are quickly attained.

I've been thinking about buying a Sig P239, you have the pick of 9mm, 40S&W, or 357 sig. It's compact and powerful. Or if you are into the 380 versions, the sig P232 would be an excelent selection.
