First, it is for a M1 Garand. Second, I would like it to be a hooded post. Thirdly, it has to be thinner than the stock front sight post.
Second preference is just a prefernece, the rest are mandatory. Who makes them (I know NM makes a match front post but I dont think it is hooded and I couldn't find them on the NM webpage) and where do I buy one. What should I expect to pay? Are there other manufacturers besides NM?
