Over the years on this site I've seen some great signature lines. Currently, I'm looking for a new one for my business email address. Hoping for some member input?

well, with all the information (not) that you have volunteered:confused::uhoh:
suggestions for a name should be just piling up:rolleyes:

The best I have seen (which I think is on THR) is:

'Gun control is like trying to reduce drink driving by making it tougher for sober people to own cars'

or I suppose you could add: 'Gun control is about as effect as a chocolate kettle in reducing crime or as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike'

“He that but looketh on a plate of ham and eggs to lust after it hath already committed breakfast with it in his heart”
-CS Lewis

Go patriotic:

"If the American people ever allow the banks to control the issuance of their currency, first by inflation, and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property, until their children wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power of money should be taken from banks and restored to Congress and the people to whom it belongs. I sincerely believe the banking institutions having the issuing power of money, are more dangerous to liberty than standing armies." ~ Thomas Jefferson

"If ye love wealth greater than liberty, the tranquility of servitude greater than the animating contest for freedom, go home from us in peace. We seek not your counsel, nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen." — Samuel Adams

my old boss had: 'the difference between involvement and commitment is like a ham and eggs breakfast- The chicken was involved, but the pig was committed'

I like: 'The sum of anecdotes is not data' - Roger Brinner

or 'never mistake motion for action' Ernest Hemingway

I am a Fordham grad, so I have to suggest a bunch of Vince Lombardi quotes as well:
The quality of a person's life is in direct proportion to their commitment to excellence, regardless of their chosen field of endeavor.

The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather in a lack of will.

and finally-
Thomas Jefferson:

The most valuable of all talents is that of never using two words when one will do

Wonder9,

I'll admit that sometimes I'm a bit slow. It seems like everybody else here seems to know already, but I have to ask. What is your business?

-Jake

This really isn't on topic.

That said, you might want to check the veracity of the quotes listed if you choose to use them. At least one of them, the Thomas Jefferson quote, doesn't actually exist in any of the writings of the author. You'd hate for your business associates to think that you lacked the attention to detail to verify something before posting it on the internet.

There are many quotation sites on the internet you might find as a source, but as Voltaire wrote, "Un bon mot ne prouve rien." :)
