I joined in the hopes someone can help me in identifying the age of this particular rifle. Searching has turned up general information but I'm looking for something specific to my serial number.

On the barrel:

MODEL-865 "PLAINSMAN" 22 CAL S.-L.-L.R.
HARRINGTON & RICHARDSON ARMS CO. WORC., MASS.
Serial# 16830
