Looking for info on reloading with sabot rounds for 30cals

I am seeking some information on safe loads for sabot rounds for the 308 Win and the 300 Win mag. I have a friend who purchased the plastic sleeves but only got loading information on the 30-06. Since this is his first attempt at reloading sabot rounds he has safety concerns. Also he was wondering about sabots for the 300 Win Mag and will these bullets desintegrate like the 220 Swift if pushed to fast and are they practical and accurate? If anyone has prior experience with this topic I would appreciate some advice. Thank You JSV69
