Looking for info on this Enfield

Bought my first Enfield yesterday. Just wondering if anyone can tell me any info from the markings. Not sure if it was manufactured in 1943 or 1942. Also, why is there a different number on the chamber and the back above the Enfield stamp?

You have an Australian SMLE that has been sporterized. The action was built in 1942 and the barrel in 1943, so the whole rifle was probably assembled in 1943. The number on the receiver socket is the assembly number; the serial number is on the receiver ring and should have a match on the barrel.
