Looking for "On Target" program.

Last year sometime I found a link in a thread for a program called "On Target". I can't remember if it was on here or not.

It's a really cool program! You scan in a target and with the tools in the program you can get figures like Group Size, Standard Dev., M.O.A, ect...

Well, I got a new computer and my old one won't let me copy the program!!!:banghead:

Does anybody know the program I'm talking about and do you have the link saved?
