looking for some reviews or rumors about a new upper

Hi everyone, I was hoping some of you fine gentleman/ladies would be able to give me some info on a new purchase I made (can you tell it was impulse!?). I'm no newbie to guns, let alone AR's, but I bought a lower to build for my girlfriend and hadn't had the money/time to put an upper on top for her. While cruising around a local state gun board I found the add for DSA m4 uppers at $275. I looked for a hot minute for opinions but couldn't find much. I bought it anyways as it seemed like too good of a deal to pass up (usually a sign to walk away...). I bought it and now can't really find any info other than people complaining about unknown wait times. Has anyone ordered and received their uppers yet? I'm pretty excited to bring a second AR to the stable since I think my lonely S&W MP15 feels insecure around all the WWII wood and metal.

I guess I'm wondering if anyone can share their wait time and also their opinions of the quality and reliability of the upper. And don't worry, I don't expect a $2,750.00 gun from a $275.00 purchase. Oh yeah, on a side note I couldn't find what I was looking for over at ar15.com so I thought I'd seek advice from the more reasonable and level headed of the boards I partake in

DSA is a reputable company, but their reputation has nothing to do with ARs. I didn't even know they made them. $275 is dirt cheap. even after adding $100 for a BCG, you're still in very good shape. but then, you get what you pay for, if you're lucky
