looking for worth of a H & R 12 ga

Hello all. This is my first post here trolled around a little bit and liked the useful information that the people here possess.

ok that out of the way, I got a Harrington & Richardson, inc. Topper Model 158 12 ga 3" mod serial number al282759 in a trade (trust me I made out in the deal) for a few things...

I'm wondering if it's actually worth any thing. It seems older in I'd say fair to good condition.

It's listed in the 12 Edition of Gun Degest Book of Modern Gun Values at 60 dollars in good conditon.
