Yes, we do. I ordered a fairly expensive gun for my dad today, a limited edition piece that he told me he liked. With a mortgage to pay and an uncertain job future in my field, I had been hesitant to make such an expenditure, but then I realized that the man isn't going to be around forever and then I'd always regret putting money ahead of bringing him some happiness. Yeah, sometimes times are rough. And any support is welcomed by the roughees. I have no problem with that. Consider prayers and good wishes sent for/to all.
You want gun related? OK, my tendinitis still makes it hard for me to aim my bullseye pistol. (But I'm back trying.) That seems sort of piddling by comparison, but now the thread's gun related. And BTW, when I first complained about this back on TFL, I got all kinds of helpful advice and support, for which I was and am grateful.
